Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Liberty Business ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Liberty Business provides a B2B platform for ER:LC alting businesses to manage automated account-launching ("alting") operations through the Roblox platform. The Service includes order management, worker coordination, PRC API integration, and a business dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Abuse or exploit platform features to circumvent plan limits
• Share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose outside of legitimate ER:LC alting business operations

5. Free Trial

Free trial accounts are limited to 100 launches within a 7-day period. After the trial expires, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue placing orders. Trial benefits are non-transferable and may only be used once per business entity.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Square. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused launches do not roll over between billing periods. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials comprising the Service are owned by Liberty Business. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
